THE HIGH SLIT TREND

The trend dubbed “the high slit” is in season.  It is evident in many red carpet events and also other occasions. Celebrities are seen to have embraced it and rocking it well. The grace that this style elicits is classy, sexy and sophisticated. The essence of showing some skin is sensual, as it augments the magnificence of the ensemble. It tends to make one look curvier and offers a feel of confidence and the oomph of being comfortable in your own skin.

High slit dresses can be worn in many happenings, be it weddings, parties, fashion events and many more ventures, since they are urbane and chic. No wonder numerous celebrities find them a perfect choice and they look incredible.
I was so pleased to be contacted by Pickedresses that has all your dressing desires. Their garments are luscious and to die for. Say goodbye to those nightmares of searching for dresses dreadfully for that special day, since they just got you SORTED…OUT! Magnificent and divine is just how to define their apparels. Diverse colours, sizes, designs are evident, open to satisfy every savour.

Interested? Check out their online store and dive into the world of elegance. Interestingly enough, a fiancĂ©e can definitely get a dress for her big day here…YES. The same applies to her bridesmaids, for the dresses flow spontaneously which showcase an air of grace and an ambience of tranquillity. Coupled up with the high slit, is the impression of “SMASHING…” that will keep everyone astounded and relentlessly uttering “WOOOW.” One can notice some unique details – some shiny effects and intricate art on most of the outfits which give them a touch of distinguished semblance. The slit has various modes of demeanour that make the entire dress pop.

The utmost justice that a lady can do for herself is to look fine effortlessly and be completely equipped for any forthcoming occurrence. This prepares you physically and psychologically and gives you a feel of relaxation, ready to show up for that affair.
The prices are pocket friendly and definitely a bargain. Do not forget to check out more dress designs at Montreal Prom Dresses where you will shop for more as well as pay less and acquire that which delights your soul. Lots of varieties are available – one cannot miss a pick. All skin tones can rock any colour of the clothes presented.

Your dress; your choice.
Evenly, a hot costume calls for a pair of stunning high heeled shoes (pumps or stilettos) and clutch. A splendid walk then complements the entire ensemble.
Let me know what you think about this fashion trend; is it yay or nay?

Play Me

Hello dears!! Guess what?? It is my birthday month!! Yaaaay! You have no idea of the temperature of excitement I am feeling right now. This year has rushed so fast, I cannot even believe it. I truly thank God for this far I have reached in life and I cannot dare regret a thing.

In other news, have you ever woken up with a feel free feeling, as in, no belt, no tight fitting outfit whatsoever?? For me, it happens a couple of times. I actually chose this outfit in FIVE MINUTES!! I guess this is the fastest time ever for me to choose an outfit. With that said, I am proud of myself.
Before I forget, I got a quick tip for you guys; if you indeed want to spend little time selecting an outfit, do not go to your wardrobe and start staring at your clothes.... but rather......think of the outfit you want to wear, then go and get it from your wardrobe. Trust me, I used to spend ages gazing at my wardrobe not until I figured out this little trick, and its magic!! It absolutely works.

Anyhow, I wanted to have a relaxed look for the day since the weather is crazy hot nowadays. I paired this maxi tribal print skirt with animal print crop top with sandals. My sister told me that this skirt is of the Chinese culture, especially the lower part of it. I really love colour and believe you me, mixing prints has never felt sooo good. And what better way to sum up the whole look with some gorge aviators.

Do you see any photo bomber in any of these pictures?? He made my photo session fun..lol.

                                         Happy October!!

Jumpsuit Sunday

Hello everyone! I hope you are embracing the warm weather like I am. Who is sharing the same sentiment with me? I absolutely prefer hot weather a dozen times than cold weather, trust me. This is why, no flu whatsoever, no sweaters, no dress down days and to sum it all up, my new haircut needs the sun, hah! Thanks to the sun, I can now have as much ice-cream as I want!

This is yesterday's outfit that I wore to church: a black flowing jumpsuit that I accessorized with a pink belt that matched my envelope purse as well as my shoes.
I wanted a relaxed look for the day without looking so exaggerated. What I love about this jumpsuit is that it is light and has a nice free flow while walking and is just the perfect fit and mood for this sunny weather. As for the clutch purse, I love the colour block of red, pastel pink and burgundy since it makes the outfit pop.

What is your perfect outfit for this weather? Share them :)
Have a motivation Monday my loves! xoxo

Red and Silver

Hello everyone!! Call me Doreen Emu. Am so excited to begin this exciting journey of blogging with you. Fashion and styling have been my hobbies since I was little and am glad that I have been able to finally start my blog. This blog will encompass my fashion trends, styling tips and any other fashion aspects that fascinate me. I have also began embracing my natural hair!! Enough of me :)
This is what I wore today to meet up with my friends for a quick lunch. The weather has been kinda moody of late :( . One moment it is so hot, then next minute, its raining all of a sudden!! In order to avoid any surprises, I decided to play all covered up monochromatic. This red skirt has been laying in my closet for about a year now, and i finally got a red lace top that was a perfect match for it.

                                           Happy Tuesday my loves!!
